Duties: Lead estimating team in a large high end residential Design Build Firm. Create and manage estimates in a high volume, high dollar environment.

Qualifications: Years of estimating experience particularly in designs with heavy concrete and stone features. Some structural engineering a big plus. Familiar with one or more estimating software applications. Ability to work well with others.

Duties: Well established full service high end landscape firm is seeking an experienced Sales-Designer to join their Design Team. Will be working with existing and new customers to design high end residential landscapes to include outdoor living areas and kitchens.

Qualifications: Experience working with sophisticated customer base, the ability to design outdoor stone and concrete living areas and kitchens and pleasing softscapes. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as a part of a team.
