Larry Fish is the President and owner of GreenSearch®, the premier Green Industry-specific executive search and human resource consulting firm serving clients nationwide. Larry has been a featured speaker at many national and regional green industry conferences such as Lawn & Landscape School of Management, Southern Nursery Association, Southeast Greenhouse Conference, Lawn and Landscape Business and Strategies Conference and Pennsylvania Turfgrass Association.

Prior to forming GreenSearch®, Larry held several senior management positions in human resources and operations with several major retail and financial services corporations from 1974 thru 1994.

Larry has been a member for over 15 years with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and WorldatWork (formerly the American Compensation Association) and possesses their respective professional certifications. He is a founding member of the Atlanta Area Compensation Association (AACA) and was 2000 President for AACA.

As a member of the Sandy Springs Rotary Club, Larry was chosen as "1998-99 Rotarian of the Year." He is also very active in community planning and beautification efforts.

Larry is a graduate of Western Illinois University and has a B.A. in Sociology and History. Larry also has obtained an A.S. in Environmental Horticulture and earned his Georgia Certified Landscape Professional (GCLP) designation.
